At the Institute we treat people not the disease. Illness is created by an imbalance in the body and we support the body’s natural ability to heal itself. We combine the unique therapies of Ayurveda with Naturopathy and Acupuncture to create an individualized treatment program to match your body-type or metabolic type to achieve the optimum healing benefits from treatment. These treatments have been proven to be very effective in the treatment of most of the chronic conditions in children, adults and the elderly.

When you arrive at the institute you will be examined by a naturopathic physician and your treatment options will be discussed with you by the physician and the Ayurvedic Health Counselor. Based on the individual body-type, disease and the severity of the condition, therapies will be recommended and will be discussed with you. Life style changes, breathing exercises (Pranayama), yoga asanas, dietary changes are integral parts of individuals treatment plan.

Make sure to ask questions and clear any doubts you may have. We want you to be ready for the therapies.  

We believe that the optimum benefits will be achieved when patient and provider work together with full understanding that whatever is being done is just for you to help your body function at its optimum level. Therapy dates will be scheduled according to your work schedule and comfort.

Ayurvedic treatments are not covered by insurance. First visits and return visits are usually covered by insurances we are in-network with.
